Amps, pedal boards and effects, oh my!

Been trying to get over my fear of too many pedals and have been thinking about getting a pedal board. They go from super cheap to way expensive. Or, I could make my own. Dunno, haven't made up my mind yet.
Carr Amps have a new amp out, Raleigh, the looks pretty cool, and given Carr's reputation, probably sounds awesome as well.
An echo pedal I've been wanting for awhile is the SIB Mr. Echo, but is IMPOSSIBLE to find. Emails to the company have gone unanswered. Any suggestions on an alternative?
furman's got the biggest, baddest pedal boards. they even have one with wheels, but it's slightly smaller than their largest. two of my good friends have those models and they both couldn't be happier with them.
